I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Art. 1. II. SUBJECT

These general terms and conditions govern the relationship between the online store WWW.SKO4I.BG and its Users / Customers in connection with the conclusion of a contract for the sale of remote services. - "Web site" or "site" - A set of Web pages and other files associated with each other under the WWW.SKO4I.BG domain;
- "Web Page" - A combination of different text blocks, hyperlinks to other pages, and multimedia effects in a hypertext text markup language that is identified by http protocol. Each page may contain a combination of text and images;
- "User" - Any person who has accessed the site directly by entering the name of the site in his browser or by redirecting from other sites;
- "Customer" - A site user who has availed of a specific offer for a product offered on the site;
- "Service" - the concept has the meaning of "service" within the meaning of § 13, item 14 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, taking into account any service offered through WWW.SKO4I.BG;
- "Remote Service Agreement" means any contract concluded between SKY ADVENTURES BULGARIA LTD and User / Client as part of an organized system for the provision of remote services without the simultaneous physical presence of the merchant and the user through the exclusive use of the online platform WWW .SKO4I.BG;
- "Terms and Conditions" - the present General Terms and Conditions, which apply in all cases of concluding contracts for remote services using the Internet platform WWW.SKO4I.BG;
- "Tandem Jump" - means a parachute jump performed by a professional tandem instructor for whom a passenger (Client) is attached by means of a backpack or harness;
- "Capture" means video and / or photo capture performed by another parachutist jumping together with the tandem pair and performing video and / or photo capture;
- "Handycam" - means video and / or photo capture performed by the tandem instructor with a camera placed on his hand.
- "Price" - is the price of the service / services listed on the WWW.SKO4I.BG website.
- "Gift voucher" - is a contract for the benefit of a third party, as a Consumer purchases a service (s) for the benefit of a third party who, after payment of the price of the selected service (s) by the User, becomes Client within the meaning of these General Terms , to whom the relevant service (s) is (are) provided.
- "Parachuting Course" - a Parachute Jumper Training Course that includes theoretical training, the number of jumps, equipment, shooting, explanations before and after each jump. The course is based on: The Accelerated Free Fall (AFF), also certified by the National Parachute Organization Association (USPA), by Instructor Assisted Deployment (IAD); as well as in combination with AFF and IAD methods.
IV. CONCLUSION OF A DISTANCE SERVICE CONTRACT
Art. 7. To purchase a service from our Site, you must:

Art. 8. SKY ADVENTURES BULGARIA LTD may make a proposal for the sale of a Remote Service through the following means of distance communication:

8.3. radio;
8.4. TV;
8.5. videotext;
8.6. Email;
8.7. Internet;
8.8. fax;
8.9. telephone
8.10. other means permitted by law.
Art. 9. The conclusion of a contract for the sale of services at a distance is realized through the website of SKY ADVENTURES BULGARIA LTD, WWW.SKO4I.BG and the reservation system there, except in case of a specific requirement by the Client, a paper contract is not provided. 9.1. 9.1.1. The unique voucher number must be presented at the place where the service is to be delivered
9.1.2 In the event of a failure to appear at the scheduled day and time of the jump, the Client must notify SKY ADVENTURS BULGARIA Ltd. at least 24 hours in advance to change the reservation for the next free and convenient day and hour If this condition is not met, the amount paid is not refunded.
9.1.3. Upon appearance of the Airfield at least 30 minutes before the booked time, the Client loses its order before the orders in the next hours. The service will be made at the first time opportunity - the same or next day.
9.1.4. SKY ADVENTURES BULGARIA LTD will contact the Customer in the event of a sudden change in the meteorological environment or any other reason preventing the service from being performed.
9.1.5. Failure to make a flight (closure of the airspace by the Air Traffic Control and other reasons beyond the control of the parties), SKAY ADVENTURES BULGARIA "OOD" will contact the Customer in advance with the indicated contacts in order to change the reservation for the next day and hour.
9.1.6 Services shall be provided at the airfield indicated at the voucher.
9.2. When purchasing a gift voucher, the user selects which services he wants to order and pay, and after receiving the payment he receives an electronic voucher with a unique number or paper voucher to his e-mail address to a pre-defined address and a unique e-mail number. When purchasing a gift voucher, the full price of the selected service (s) is paid. In the event that the User wishes a paper voucher, the cost (postal, transport) of the receipt of a gift voucher on paper at the explicit request of the User is at the expense of SKY ADVENTURES BULGARIA LTD . to the address stated in the electronic application.
9.2.1. Upon requesting a paper gift voucher, it is sent on the same or next business day after the payment has been received and SKAY ADVENTURES BULGARIA Ltd is not responsible for delayed bank transfers or electronic payments, as well as for courier errors or delay of delivery.
9.2.2. The service is made after prior reservation via the electronic system of the website of SKY ADVENTURES BULGARIA LTD.
9.2.3. The unique voucher number must be presented at the place where the service is to be delivered.

9.2.7. Failure to fly (closure of the airspace by Traffic Control Agency and other circumstances beyond the control of the parties) SKAY ADVENTURES BULGARIA LTD will contact the Customer in advance to the specified contacts in order to change the reservation for the next day and hour.
9.2.8. The services are carried out at the Airfield indicated on the website, specifically noted on the booking confirmation.
9.3. The parachute course is conducted after the day and time of the theoretical preparation and each subsequent jump. When starting the course, its full value must be paid.
9.4. In the event that the person who will perform the jump or the parachute course is not the adult, the same must appear at the Airfield indicated in the voucher accompanied by an adult - a parent or a third person expressly authorized by the parent. In case of non-fulfillment of this condition SKAY ADVENTURES BULGARIA LTD. has the right to refuse to perform the service.
9.5. Each contract enters into force from the moment the User completes the application and is deemed to have been completed by its execution or termination by one of the parties in the manner provided for in these General Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the contract, which is signed when ordering through the site.
9.6. The user / customer is required to immediately notify the Merchant of any case of unauthorized access by using his username and password and whenever there is a risk of such use.
9.7. In the case of an order, the User / Customer undertakes to notify the Merchant in case he does not receive a confirmation of his order at the email he / she has specified.
V. VALIDITY

Art. 17. Each User or Client has the right to be informed of his / her order. Art. 18. Every customer, at the time of purchase of an e-shop service, agrees with the present Terms of Use for WWW.SKO4I.BG. This is done automatically before finalizing the request, with the field "I READ AND AGREE WITH THE GENERAL CONDITIONS". Otherwise, the user cannot switch to the selected service (s). Art. 19. In the event of a controversial situation concerning the validity of a request made and payment made and subject to prior acceptance of the general terms and conditions for use of the site, the payment request made by the account holder from which the request is made shall validly be considered.

The contract language is Bulgarian and payments will be made in Bulgarian levs with VAT;
VII. REFUSAL OF SERVICE AND ADVERTISING
Art. 22. The User / Customer is entitled, without due compensation or penalty and without giving any reason, to give up the concluded contract for the sale of a Service from a distance, according to the procedure of Art. 24 of these General Terms and Conditions within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of conclusion of the Service Agreement, but no later than 24 hours before the scheduled date and time of the service.
Art. 23. In the event of a Customer's failure to conclude a contract for the sale of a Remote Service, he / she shall pay all the Services used up to the moment of refusal according to the current price list of SKY ADVENTURES BULGARIA LTD . Art. 24. The Customer / User's denial of the distance contract for the sale of the Service should be made in the following manner and under the following conditions:
24.1. When the Client / User wishes to withdraw from the contract at a distance, he / she shall inform SKY ADVANCE CHARTS BULGARIA Ltd for his / her decision before expiry of the term under Article 22 of these General Terms and Conditions by filling in and sending by electronic means the standard withdrawal form according to Annex 6 of the CPA , described in APPENDIX 2 of these General Terms, or by making its decision unequivocally otherwise stated at the following email address: sko4ibg@gmail.com
24.2. The term under Art. 18 shall be deemed to have been observed if the written notification under Art. 20.1 has been sent before the expiration of the relevant period.
Art. 25. The Consumer / Customer is notified by accepting these General Terms and Conditions that the Tandem Jump and Parachute Training Service is highly risky and that for this reason SKY ADVENTURES BULGARIA LTD . and its employees are entitled - in view of the safety of Customer - to refuse to jump or complete a parachute course, or related service / s, in the following cases:
25.1. In the case of bad or inappropriate weather conditions and / or at the direction of the ATC or other controlling state or municipal authority;
25.2. Due to technical reasons related to the equipment used to perform the Tandem jump or jump within the parachute course;
25.3. Due to the Customer's failure to perform the safety instructions and techniques, and to use equipment provided and / or verified by SKY ADVENTURES BULGARIA LTD.
25.4. If the Customer appears to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, poor health, or reduced self-esteem, if at the discretion of the instructors this could lead to jump hazard.
Art. 26. In the case under Art. 25.1. SKY ADVENTURES BULGARIA LTD . is not responsible for any delays in the provision of the service (s), determining to the Client the next day the Client will use the service (s) in case the Client wishes to give up the service (s) Article 18-20 of these Terms and Conditions.
Art. 27. In the case under Art. 25.2 SKY ADVENTURES BULGARIA LTD . offers to the Client the next day the Client uses the service (s), in case the Client wishes to renounce the use of the service (s), Article 18-20 of these General Terms and Conditions shall apply.
Art. 28. In the case under Art. 25.3. SKY ADVENTURES BULGARIA LTD has the right to refuse the performance of the service and to retain the amount paid according to Article 9.1 of the present General Terms and Conditions as well as the full amount of the services used by the Client so far In the case of a Gift Voucher Agreement SKY ADVENTURES BULGARIA LTD. Art. 29. Art. 30. In case of incorrect or inaccurate data for the provision of the service, SKY ADVENTURES BULGARIA LTD. is relieved of any liability and any obligations for performance of the order, having the right to withhold the amount paid for the service Art. 9.1, respectively under Art. 9.3.
Art. 31. When the Customer does not appear at the indicated Airfield at the specified date and time, as well as in the case of Art. 9.4., "SKY ADVENTURES BULGARIA LTD has the right to retain the full amount of the amounts paid by the User / Client.
Art. 32. When the Customer refuses to take advantage of the service outside the terms of Art. 22 of these Terms and Conditions, SKY ADVERTISING BULGARIA Ltd. has the right to withhold the full amount of the amounts paid by the User / Client.
Art. 33. The Customer / Customer is entitled to a claim under the general rules under the Consumer Protection Act.
VIII. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF SKY ADVENTURES BULGARIA LTD. OOD

"SKY ADVENTURES BULGARIA LTD may request additional confirmation of the ordering of the respective service or of the status of the Client with regard to the implementation of the service, including by telephone, email. "SKAY ADVANCED BULGARIA" Ltd. undertakes not to disclose any personal data about the Client to third parties - commercial companies, individuals, etc., unless the same information is requested by state bodies or officials who, according to the current legislation right to request and collect such information. IX. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

X. ENTRY INTO FORCE AND ACTION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS
Art. 48. These General Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on 01.03.2019.
Art. 49. Upon change of the present Terms and Conditions, SKY ADVENTURES BULGARIA LTD undertakes to publish it on its Internet site within thirty (30) days prior to their entry into force. Where the amendments are provided for in a legal act, they shall enter into force on the date of entry into force of the relevant legislative act.

Data storage is for an unlimited period and continues as long as we have reason to store it.

- I have not suba-dived in the past 24 hours prior to the jump;
- I am not under the influence of alcohol, other intoxicating and / or narcotic substances;
- I realize that skydiving is extreme sport and carries risks of property damage, severe physical trauma and / or fatal outcome;
- I am aware of the risks of technical failure, which may lead to an accident;
- I take these risks on a voluntary basis and release the Organizer from any liability that might result in a court case;
- I agree to receive emergency medical care and, if necessary, be taken to a medical establishment;
- I am informed that Sky Adventures Bulgaria Ltd is not responsible for any unforeseen consequences of the parachute jump;

- Parachute jumpers and their parent / guardian are required to strictly comply with airport security and behavioral measures;
- The parachute jumper and his / her parent / guardian received instructions and instructions on how to perform the parachute jump;
- The Physical and Physical Health of the Parachute Jump Face allows the performance of a dusty jump (pregnancy not allowed to parachute jump);
- A parachute jumping face has no insurmountable and threatening health and that of surrounding phobias from height, flying, narrow space;
